Argao is located in the Southern part of Cebu known for their delicious “torta” and native chocolate.

Today, it has a beautiful spot to offer. Aside from their special delicacy, they are proud to invite the general public and all adventure-seeker to go visit and explore the Coal Mountain Resort.

The resort has six different fruit-shaped , swimming pools that varies according to you and your kids' desired pool feet deep, a 7ft. deep heart-shaped pool, the 16ft. deep natural pool and a mini zoo.

Pools with overflowing natural water from the mountains, hence it's really cold and well maintained. Adult pool that is only accessible by a hanging bridge and is very deep compare to the typical ones, coal mine, zoo, restaurant, overnight rooms, kiddie pools, birds chirping, river/stream flowing, fresh veggies, pretty flowers, fog, view of Argao's highest peak, very accommodating local staff and everything that you will not found in the hustle and bustle of the city. 

A long ago, the mountain was used to be a coal mining area which is until now there are still tunnels that will lead you to the latter and  is the main reason why it is named "Coal Mountain".

You can do a side trip to these places that you shouldn't missed also.

*Balay sa Agta Cave 

*Bugasok Falls 

*Mt.Lantoy 

*Climb the famous Osmeña peak at Dalaguete which requires a 20-30mins trek

*visit the newest attraction of sunflower and strawberry farm 

How to go there? (from Cebu City)

•ride a bus from Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) bound to Argao proper.

•from the bus stop, ride a motorbike and tell the driver to drop you at Coal Mountain Resort.

 *101% can be trusted, who will drop you off to the resort safely.

    - 1500 good for 6 pax per night
